How do I pay?

We accept cash and credit cards upon delivery. Alternatively, you can contact us about arranging a bank transfer payment prior to any deliveries.

Of course. We routinely source items for our clients, from adhesive sprays to crossfit hammers and more. Contact us and we’ll do what we can to help!

How can I place an order?

Pretty simple!

You can choose the products you need, add them to the cart, and then you can place orders by either paying with a credit card(coming soon) or by cash on delivery.

How long till I get my order?

We try to get all orders processed within the first 24 hours barring any stock shortages or lack of items. During this time, we sort, pack the items, recheck it for accuracy and then coordinate with our logistics partner in order to provide a smooth delivery experience.

At this point, we contact the customer via phone or email in order to provide tracking details and to get confirmation on payment if customers are paying COD.

Not to worry. Many clients are unsure of their needs and we try our best to provide them with the products that they would require.

Shipping and pickup options

We proudly offer same day pickup once the orders have been processed. Give us a call an hour before you arrive to pick up your goods.

Alternatively, we offer UAE wide shipping, with most orders being delivered within 24 hours, for a nominal charge of 50 Dhs. We also offer free shipping on any orders over 200 Dhs. We exclusively use Zajel as our shipping provider for orders across UAE. If you have a preferred shipping partner that you’d like to use, please let us know and we’ll try to add them!
